Prepare Your Device
Factory reset your device to remove all personal data and securely pack it in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and protective inserts are included.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days of your request.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our technical team verifies the condition of the hardware, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
